Member Description:
Our agency works with the Medicaid programs for the Home Community Based Services for the Frail Elderly (HCBS/FE), the Physically Disabled (HCBS-PD), and the Head Injury Waiver (HCBS-HI). These are programs that are authorized through an Independent Living Resource Center and the Sedgwick County Department on Aging. We also participate in County Funded programs-Senior Care Act (SCA)/Older Americans Act (OAA). We are Medicaid certified and contracting with most private insurances. With locations in both Valley Center, Kansas and Wichita, Kansas, we service agency directed clients within 100 miles of Wichita, Kansas and self-directed clients state-wide.
