The Valley Center Chamber of Commerce presents the 48th annual Fall Festival, to be held September 25-27, 2009. This years events include many old favorites, as well as many new ones. Again this year, the festival will span 3 days. From the very first ride to open 5pm, Friday, to the last bit of bar-b-que to be had Sunday evening, the festival promises to be a good time for the entire community.
