February 6, 2010 - Chili Cook-Off
- One person shall be the contact for the team. Team can be up to 6 members
- Chili cook-off will begin at 12:00pm on Park Street by Le Venue
- Chili needs to be done and ready for the chili tasting by 4:00pm
- Each team must produce a minimum of 4 gallons of chili and teams must supply all necessities to
produce the chili,(cooking equipment, utensils, ingredients, table etc.) You may also
bring side items to enhance your chili... cheese, crackers etc.
- Vehicles are not allowed in the cooking area
- Valley Center Chamber of Commerce will sell tasting kits and containers for judging
- This is a judged event. Cash prizes will be awarded.
- Please call the Chamber office at 316-755-7340 to sign your team up. Online
sign-up will be forth coming.
