ARTICLE VIII- AMENDMENTS

These By-laws may be amended or altered by a two-thirds vote of the Board or by a majority of the members at any regular or special meeting, providing the notice for any meeting of either the Board of Directors or the membership be given to the membership at large in writing not less than ten days nor more than fifty days before any meeting at which a change in these Bylaws shall be proposed. The notice shall include the time and place of the meeting and adequately describe the changes to be proposed in the Bylaws.
